JobzMall Joins the United Nations Global Compact

By JobzMall Community

JobzMall and United Nations Global Compact logos above Earth at night, marking JobzMall joining the UN Global Compact.

JobzMall has joined the United Nations Global Compact, the United Nations initiative calling on companies around the world to align their businesses with principles covering human rights, labour, the environment, and anti-corruption.

For us, this commitment is closely connected to what we build every day.

Work changes lives. The way people are discovered, evaluated, hired, and treated can determine who gets an opportunity and who gets overlooked.

JobzMall exists to help people be seen as more than a résumé. Joining the UN Global Compact means applying that same principle to the way we operate as a company.

What we are committing to

The UN Global Compact is built around Ten Principles in four areas: human rights, labour, the environment, and anti-corruption.

As a participant, JobzMall is committing to integrate those principles into our strategy, policies, procedures, and culture—and to report publicly on our progress.

That means taking a clear position on the standards behind the technology and marketplace we build.

  • People. We believe opportunity should be fairer, more human, and more accessible. Talent should have the chance to be seen and heard, not reduced to a list of keywords.
  • Planet. We will continue examining the environmental impact of how we operate and the technologies we develop.
  • Progress. We believe the future of work should be built on transparency, authenticity, and trust.

Why it matters to JobzMall

Every marketplace depends on trust.

Job seekers trust that opportunity is real. Employers trust that candidates are authentic. Both sides trust the platform connecting them.

As JobzMall grows, so does our responsibility to protect that trust.

Joining the United Nations Global Compact gives us a globally recognized framework against which we can measure ourselves—not only by what we build, but by how we build it.

It formalizes commitments that have shaped JobzMall from the beginning: expanding access to opportunity, helping talent present the person behind the résumé, supporting communities, and building greater authenticity into the hiring process.

And it requires us to keep raising the standard.

The commitment starts now

Joining the UN Global Compact is not a badge for us to display.

It is a commitment to be measured against.

We will work to embed the Ten Principles throughout JobzMall and publicly communicate our progress as we continue building a talent marketplace designed around people, opportunity, and trust.

Because the future of work should not only be more advanced. It should be more human.
