JobzMall Joins the EU AI Pact

JobzMall has joined the EU AI Pact, the European Commission initiative asking companies to start applying the principles of the EU AI Act before the Act fully applies.

AI now sits inside hiring. Used well, it can open a door. Used without care, it can score a person without anyone seeing how. The Pact is how we prepare for that—on Europe's terms, ahead of the deadline.

The three pledges

As a pledger, JobzMall is committing to:

• Adopt an AI governance strategy for how we develop and use AI, and work toward compliance with the AI Act.
• Identify and map AI systems that are likely to be categorised as high-risk under the Act.
• Promote AI awareness and literacy among our people, so what we ship is built and used with care.

We will apply those pledges to the AI in our marketplace: candidates and employers should be able to see when AI is involved, and it should not decide a future in the dark. That sits alongside work already underway—our AI Safety commitments and our membership in the Coalition for Content Provenance and Authenticity.
